The soft pink gingham pattern is very cute, and the fabric feels nicely lightweight against the skin. However, I felt the material was a little too sheer compared to the darker striped sets from this brand, meaning I can only wear it strictly as nightwear at home rather than styling it out as a casual daywear co-ord. It runs true to size and the color didn't fade after 5 washes, but I honestly expected slightly thicker cotton for the price point.

The ruffles on the shorts look really cute. I wouk suggest getting a size up for this fabric. I had to exchange the size i got.
