SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.

For order above ₹ 999 shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹ 999 there is a normal fee of ₹50 charged for delivery.

We ship your order within 1-2 working days from your order date
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days in major cities and 4-5 days for other locations as per your pin code.
You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall Endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail

OUR SIMPLE 15 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY

Products bought during EOSS and Flash Sale cannot be exchanged. Please contact customer care to know more.
At Velure, we are committed to customer delight and making online Sleepwear & Lingerie shopping a pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll send a replacement product upon receipt of returned products.
To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged Velure packing with all tags attached. Panties, Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned products.

RETURN POLICY

Step 1: Please WhatsApp us at +91 9819699144 or Email us at info@velure.in to initiate refund. 
Step 2: We will initiate the reverse pickup at a fee of the whatever courier charge it shows with our partners or you can select your own courier preference. 
Step 3: Once we have received the shipment we will inspect the garment and only once it passes all quality checks we will initiate refund.
Step 4: Refund will be processed by the method of gift cards.


If Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any courier service including Speedpost.


HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:

Step 1: Email us at info@velure.in or contact us at +91 9819699144 to initiate exchange.
Step 2: We will initiate the reverse pickup at a fee of the whatever courier charge it shows with our partners or you can select your own courier preference. 
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and courier it to us at the below mentioned address.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at info@velure.in

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order then please email us at info@velure.in or contact us at +91 9819699144 to cancel the order. Order cancellation has to be done before the order has been shipped as anything after that will be considered as a return or exchange. 

If payment has been done by online methods the refund will be processed and will be in your bank account within 7-10 days.
